Service Description
This is a 45min, run specific workout tailored to strengthening the specific muscles & movement patterns involved running so you can run stronger for longer. These sessions are designed to increase muscular resilience to decrease injury, as well as muscle strength & explosiveness to increase speed. We do this through controlled & targeted resistance training, postural correction, core stabilisation exercises & plyometrics.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel up to 12hrs prior to a booking and receive a session credit, alternate time arrangement or refund. Cancelations within 12hrs of a booking will result in the appropriate charge for the appointment being applied to their account.
