Service Description

Circuit is a full-body resistance / cardio hybrid workout, designed to build greater functional strength & increase aerobic fitness & capacity. Sessions are 45-50min long, outdoors based & built up of resistance movements, core strength exercises, HIIT intervals & longer aerobic intervals. Sessions are scalable to any level & adjustable to injuries or weaknesses.

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel up to 12hrs prior to a booking and receive a session credit, alternate time arrangement or refund. Cancelations within 12hrs of a booking will result in the appropriate charge for the appointment being applied to their account.
