Circuit

Circuit training delivers a total body, HIIT & resistance workout for maximum calorie burn and cardiovascular fitness gains, while improving strength through targeted rounds of resistance training.

We're always looking for passionate trainers to join our team, if you think this might be you, reach out & come say hi.

Minimum Cert 4 Fitness, must have drivers licence and full insurance.
